We have vast experience in managing suppliers and service providers and have supported many customers with contractual terms and service definitions and have assisted them to designed and renegotiate contracts.
We have experience and exposure to all forms and styles of programme and project management and can provide consultancy on how they should be managed and delivered. We can also plan and, or manage them as a service, if required.
Change and transformation programmes are something we specialise in, along with recovering failing projects and programmes. We are also able to advise on programme and project governance or provide it as a service.
All specialist services are provided by partners we have worked with previously and we know will provide work based on the same ethics we work too. They have specialist knowledge and certifications in their area of expertise and have many years’ experience.
We can engage them as part of any solution we provide or our customers can approach them directly. If they work as part of the solution we provide, it is on an outcome-based solution managed via a statement of work, which alleviates any IR35 considerations and we manage the engagement and ensure successful delivery.
