Over the years, we have worked with many customers who have had poor customer experiences with service and solution providers. This was due to unsatisfactory solutions and engagements, often expectations have been set and then not delivered upon, the service levels promised were not achieved or when times got tough, so did the provider. The question posed by the book “Start with Why – Simon Sinek©” is why does your organisation exist and for what purpose? Which made us stop and think. Our answer was: “The sense of achievement, satisfaction and joy we get from helping our customers succeed is the most rewarding experience we can achieve in business and we want more of it”.
