Over the years, we have worked with many customers who have had poor customer experiences with service and solution providers. This was due to unsatisfactory solutions and engagements, often expectations have been set and then not delivered upon, the service levels promised were not achieved or when times got tough, so did the provider. Sound familiar?


In our experience, when you build a solid relationship of trust with a client, you can deliver great solutions together which provide great satisfaction for all parties. We have many examples of where we have done this. How do we prove this to those who have yet to be our customers?


The question posed by the book “Start with Why – Simon Sinek©” is why does your organisation exist and for what purpose? Which made us stop and think. Our answer was: “The sense of achievement, satisfaction and joy we get from helping our customers succeed is the most rewarding experience we can achieve in business and we want more of it”.

This is easily achieved with existing clients, but again, how do manage it with new customers? Reputation and moral standing are our solution to this question and Bushido IT Consultancy Limited decided to commit themselves to a set of virtues customers could recognise and relate to.
